Today Allison and I are putting together our presentation for this week’s very special Junebug Weddings workshop called Fashion Forward Wedding Photography. As I am going over the content I cannot even begin to tell you how special this is going to be. No other workshop has gathered this many luxury wedding industry leaders who are genuinely dedicated and who have collaborated to create an experience that will take the student’s business, technique and style to the next level!
Check this out!!
In an intimate group setting, students will be photographing models and real couples with us; renown portrait photographer Sue Bryce; author, educator and wedding photographer Roberto Valenzuela; and lighting guru Scott Robert Lim. Models will be wearing a couture gown from couture dressmaker to the stars Armine Ohanessian of RMine Bespoke, with makeup by celebrity makeup artist Tammy Yi.
The key to getting published and the way to coordinator’s hearts is mastering event detail photography. So Revelry Event Design is designing tablescapes with florals from industry juggernauts Eddie Zaratsian Custom Florals and Lifestyle and Celadon and Celery. Food will be from Iron Chef winner/Top Chef Master and Vibiana owner/chef Neal Fraser, stemware and settings from Casa de Perrin, invitations from East Six, and desserts from Two’s a Party. It’s not every day that all of these leaders in luxury come together. Imagine your portfolio with all of these luxury images!
At night everyone will go out for drinks and food and have a chance to sit with Blair and Christy from Junebug Weddings and the instructors to talk shop and network! There is even a special party on the final night. Finally, there are tons of giveaways from Renaissaince Albums, ProDPI, Rangefinder, Scott Robert Lim and more.
I would be hard-pressed to find another workshop that will deliver this much real content and the opportunity for high-end imagery for your portfolio. Congratulations and thanks to Blair and Christy from Junebug Weddings for putting so much work into this. Allison and I are very proud to be involved and cannot wait to share all that we have learned with the students.
There are still just a few spots left. If you are on the fence at all, I would highly suggest attending. It’s going to be AMAZING!!
