SILVER LAKE ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY

A neighborhood in Los Angeles
known for  its restaurants and hipster hangouts.

When we met Maya and Casey, and found out they were artists, we immediately felt that Silver Lake would be the perfect backdrop for their engagement photos. As one of the hippest and most artistic parts of Los Angeles, it is rife with amazing backdrops: old buildings, graffiti, billboards, wall art, cool shops, etc. It is the perfect place for two people who work with paint and color for a living. Later we went to a park outside of Chinatown to capture some sun flare and some imagery that celebrates Maya and Casey’s love for the outdoors. To Maya and Casey: thanks guys for making this so much fun! We had a blast, even with the parking tickets!!
