ROSE MCGOWAN WEDDING
Rose McGowan) is an actress, film producer, and director –
best known for playing Paige Matthews in The WB supernatural
drama series Charmed from 2001 to 2006
We are so happy to share the Rose McGowan wedding today! Rose’s wedding to Davey Detail took place at the famous Paramour Mansion, located high in the hills of the Silver Lake neighborhood in Los Angeles. Designed by Rose and planned by our good friend Amber Gustafson and Nira deLuna of Amber Events, the wedding was filled with super stylish personal details and references to Daveys hometown of New Orleans. The Paramour Mansion, a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument, was once a nunnery and is now owned by Los Angeles restaurateur and designer Dana Hollister who has filled it with priceless antiques and oddities from her trips around the world. It is rumored to be haunted a perfect place for the former Charmed actress wedding.
Some of our favorite details include the invitations designed by the groom himself, the wrought iron gates with flowers, custom terrariums, vintage tables and custom chairs (which Rose has custom upholstered), Roses wedding dresses (Monique Lhuillier – wedding and Grace Loves Lace for the party) , and the very special wedding cake which was a replica of Roses mothers wedding cake. Special thanks to all of the amazing artists who contributed to Rose’s special day: Fantasy Frostings, Copper Willow Invitation Printing & Calligraphy, Holly Flora – florals, Found Rentals for the vintage furniture, Auntie Ems Kitchen Catering, Town & Country Rentals, Stage Labs Lighting, California Feetwarmers the New Orleans style jazz band, DJ Madison Stewart, and Amber, Nira, Misha and the entire Amber Events staff.
Finally, a special thank you to Rose and Davey thanks for bringing us into the fold and including us in your day. You made us dance, you made us laugh and you made us cry! This was a celebration for the ages!
